1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Space Frontiers, a Wyoming private corporation with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the service user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.2. By using the Machine Library service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.

2.1. Space Frontiers provides access to APIs for search, data processing, and other functions described in the documentation.

2.2. The Provider reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Service functionality without prior notice.

2.3. The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the API in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

3.1. The cost of using the Machine Library service is determined according to the current rates published on the website.

3.2. Our pricing model follows a simple formula: Base Price + (Multiplier × Variable), where the variable depends on the specific API (limit parameter, number of tokens, etc.).

3.3. Payment for API usage is made by deducting funds from the User's account balance. Each API call is charged according to current rates and automatically deducted from the User's balance.

3.4. If there is insufficient balance in the User's account, access to the API may be restricted until the account is replenished.

3.5. The Provider reserves the right to change rates, notifying Users 30 days before the changes take effect.

4.1. Payment for services is made in US dollars.

4.2. The User makes a prepayment to their account in an arbitrary amount. All deposited funds are credited to the User's account balance in the system.

4.3. The following payment methods are available:

• Credit/Debit cards via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

4.4. The User can view their current account balance and transaction history in their personal account dashboard.

Subscriptions

4.5. The Provider offers monthly recurring subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

4.6. The User may cancel their subscription at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

4.7. The Provider reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

4.8. The Provider does not refund unused funds on the User's balance, except in cases provided for by applicable law.

5.1. The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not transfer API access to third parties
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Make timely payments for service usage according to the selected rate

5.2. The User has the right to:

• Receive technical support
• Change the rate plan
• Stop using the service at any time
• Delete their account at any time (section 10)

6.1. The Provider undertakes to:

• Ensure stable operation of the service
• Provide technical support
• Ensure the security of user data

6.2. The Provider has the right to:

• Change the functionality of the service
• Restrict access to the service in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement
• Collect anonymous usage statistics of the service

6.3. The Provider may share data about the User's requests with publishers and other rights holders, both aggregated and per request, including the documents requested or opened, search queries, dates, and the account or API key that made the request. The Provider shares this data to license content, report demand for publications, and handle rights holders' enquiries and claims, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.1. The User is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the provided data
• Compliance with the terms of this Agreement
• The security of their account credentials

7.2. The Provider is not liable for:

• Interruptions in the service caused by technical reasons
• Inability to use the service for reasons beyond the Provider's control
• Any actions of third parties

8.1. The User has the right to stop using the service at any time and to end this Agreement by deleting their account (section 10).

8.2. The Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of violation of its terms by the User.

8.3. In case of termination of the Agreement, the Provider does not refund any remaining balance for the paid period.

9.1. The User keeps ownership of the comments they post. The User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy and display those comments as part of the service.

9.2. The User can delete any individual comment at any time. Deleting a comment ends this licence for it, except for copies in backups until they are overwritten.

9.3. When the User deletes their account, their comments remain public in anonymized form, shown as "Deleted user", unless the User chooses to delete their text when deleting the account.

9.4. Comments posted by an AI agent connected to the User's account appear under that account. The User is responsible for them as for their own comments, and can turn off agent comments or delete them.

10.1. The User can delete their account at any time at Profile → Delete account, or by emailing [email protected]. For an emailed request, the Provider sends a confirmation link to the email address on the account and deletes the account only once that link is opened.

10.2. Deletion takes effect immediately after confirmation. The User's API keys and OAuth tokens are revoked at once, and any subscription is cancelled with no further charges.

10.3. Any remaining balance is forfeited on deletion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10.4. A User who owns an organization must delete the organization (or contact support) before deleting their account.

10.5. The User's email address, name, credentials and sign-in links are deleted; the Provider anonymizes or deletes other data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.6. The User may register again later, including with the same email address; the new account starts empty.
